2) Custom Design
Once we’ve worked together and developed an execution strategy, we can begin designing and building a solution that meets all user criteria, processes and business requirements — including pricing.
User Criteria – We select your Apero team based on their personalities, project-related experience, and the size/scope of the project.
Pricing – There are several pricing models to choose from, including SaaS, Cloud or Traditional pricing, to suit your budget.
In short, we’ll work to find the most time-efficient and cost-effective design approach.
3) Readying Your Data
Since accurate data conversion and input are vital to a successful ERP software implementation, Apero places a maximum priority on these requirements and processes. We’ll also make training your staff a priority during this time, so they are fully aware of the new efficiencies available in the software (bringing us to the next step).
4) User Training
Speaking of training, while most ERP vendors claim to offer some form of it during implementation, not all training programs are created equal. We recognize that as your implementation partner, it’s our duty to organize our training around your specific needs. That’s why we personalize our program to ensure users can learn to use the application to fulfil specific job requirements.
Before we begin, we will review the data and design structure. After that, we handle operational training concurrently with our data preparation process at your site location.
5) Ready, Set, Go!
Software launches can be stressful, especially when your entire operation relies on a smooth transition. That’s why we’ll be with you every step of the way. Not only will we be on-site to support you during the go-live process — we will also ensure your staff is comfortable throughout the transition.
6) Continued Support
We will never leave you hanging, even after a successful implementation. Our team will return at month-end to review project operations and to help your financial team members close off the month. We’ll also help you analyze the data and compile reports for your review. So, you’ll be able to see for yourself how your new software is streamlining your operations. We’ll ensure that you are continually maximizing your efficiencies and capitalizing on all the features in your application.
7) Checking In
We’re dedicated to the success of your business and helping you meet your financial goals. That’s why we like to check in after six months to analyze how effectively the ERP solution is being used and ensure it’s helping you to meet these goals. From here, we can recommend adjustments to fine-tune your strategy to help you reach them.
