By participating in this Referral Program, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
Apero Solutions (“Apero”) referral program (the “Program”) is available to individuals (“you” or “Referrer”), who complete eligible referral offers (“Referral Offers”) to one or more qualifying friends (the “Referree(s)”).
A qualifying “Referree” means a business that is not an existing customer or already in an active sales cycle with Apero at the time of the Referral Offer and who enters into an agreement with Apero and has:
- 15 or more employees;
- Distribution management or inventory management needs.
To participate in the Program, you and your Referrees must accept these Program Terms. You or someone in your organization must have a relationship with the Referree. By submitting their information on the Referral Form, you agree that Apero can provide your name as the person referring the Referree's business.
All Referral Offers have to be made using the referral system on https://aperosolutions.com/referral/
For each eligible Referral Offer made to a qualifying Referree, in compliance with these Program Terms, you will receive the applicable referral reward.
By submitting a Referral Offer, you warrant and represent that you have obtained the express consent of the subject Referree to provide their name and email address to Apero for the purpose of Apero contacting such Referree to offer its range of products and services.
A referral is qualified for payment at the time the referred business becomes an active customer and has implemented our software.
If more than one Referrer submits a Referral Offer for the same Referree, the first one to submit an eligible Referral Offer will be entitled to the Referral Credit. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Apero shall be final and binding on each Referrer.
Apero assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website or referral system, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or Referral Offer to be received by Apero on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a your (or any other person’s) computer related to or resulting from this program. Apero reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this Program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Apero, corrupt the security or proper administration of the Program or for any other reason.
Referral Offers are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorised means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these Program Terms, you and all of you referrals will be disqualified from this program and any Referral Credits that have been awarded will be forfeited and deducted from your account. You agree to abide by the terms of this Program and the decisions of the Apero team, which are final. This Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The submission of false or fictitious referral information will result in forfeiture or disqualification of any Referral Credits under this Program.
Apero reserves the right to refuse payment to any Referree who does not follow these Program Terms.
Employees or contractors of Apero, or its affiliates and each of its respective employees or contractors, are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Apero may suspend or terminate the Program or change any of the Program Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice and without obligation to award any future rewards.
